We had a remarkable stay at this luxurious hotel. The spacious and comfortable room was enhanced by the stylish decor and cozy beds. My Easter getaway was amazing! the rooms were spacious with lovely decor, and the beds were very comfortable. the breakfast had a great variety of options, and the gravlax was my favourite dish. the hotel's location was perfect, as it was close to the city center and the main sights. I enjoyed the superb bathroom and sauna facilities.
The cleaning could have been improved, as some essential items were not replenished daily - toilet paper, clean towels, and tea. I wished there was a list of nearby stores and restaurants available, as the reception was closed in the evenings and Jakobstad is a very small place.

This hotel is conveniently located in the heart of the city, close to shops and restaurants. the rooms are well-equipped and spacious, with quality fittings and very comfortable beds. the breakfast buffet is decent with various options to choose from.
The customer service could be more attentive.
